Registration
The five-step journey from expression of interest to verified confirmation.
Registration follows a transparent five-step journey: submit an expression of interest through the portal, complete company verification with your commercial registration (CR) and letter of authorization, submit your squad of 10, pass player eligibility checks, and receive official confirmation with your welcome pack and rulebook.
A valid commercial registration (CR) document, a company letter of authorization naming your designated team captain and HR contact, and an authorized signatory. Each player needs a national ID or Iqama and evidence of active employment.
Each squad has exactly 10 players — 7 starters for the 7-a-side format plus 3 substitutes.

Eligibility
Who can enter, who can play, and how every player is verified.
COPA Corporate is open to all registered corporate entities operating in Saudi Arabia: private-sector companies, semi-government entities and joint ventures, and multinationals with operations and registered employees in the Kingdom.
Active employees of the registered company aged 18–55. Every player's identity is validated via national ID or Iqama, and employment status is verified at registration and again at matchday accreditation.

Competition
The format, the match rules and the silverware at stake.
48 teams are drawn into 8 groups of 6 and play a round-robin group stage — 5 matches guaranteed per team. The top two from each group advance to a knockout phase: Round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and the Grand Final. 136 matches across six playing days.
Matches are 40 minutes of full time, played 7-a-side on professional pitches with licensed referees for every fixture.
The champions lift the Gold Cup, win SAR 25,000, receive gold medals and qualify free for the next season, with their logo engraved on the trophy. Runners-up receive SAR 15,000 and silver medals; third place takes SAR 10,000 and bronze. Individual honours include the Top Scorer trophy, MVP awards and fair play recognition.

Matchdays
Where, when and how the six playing days run.
The inaugural edition is played in Riyadh across six matchdays: 19–20 and 26–27 March, and 2–3 April 2027, on four simultaneous professional 7-a-side pitches.
Yes. An on-site medical team and ambulance standby are present at all times, with a defined injury protocol, hydration stations and continuous player-welfare monitoring. Safety is a zero-compromise standard.
Live digital standings update in real time. Match results are published instantly on the website, with notifications to all participants after every fixture.
