10 Players Maximum Squad
Each team may register a maximum of 10 players. No unverified or late additions are permitted on matchdays.
7 Starters (1 Goalkeeper + 6 Outfield)
7 players may play on the pitch, including 1 goalkeeper. Fast, continuous corporate football.
Up to 3 Registered Substitutes
Up to 3 substitutes may be registered and utilized during the match.
Dedicated Non-Playing Manager
Each team must appoint 1 registered non-playing Team Manager responsible for squad management.
Multi-Team Rosters
Each company has the right to participate with up to 3 teams as long as there are no duplicate players (1 Manager is accepted for all 3).
Single Team Registration Rule
A player may be registered with only one team during the Championship throughout the season.

All rosters undergo automated ID and employment verification prior to issuing official matchday credentials.
Official Company Representation
Participating teams must officially represent their registered company or recognized organization with corporate sign-off.

All playing roster participants must be between 18 and 55 years of age on the tournament commencement date.
Legal Saudi Residency
Players must be Saudi nationals or legally residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with valid official documentation.
Active Current Employment
Players must be current, active employees of the registered company during the championship period.
Identity & Employment Verification
Valid National ID or Iqama and official proof of employment (GOSI record or authorized HR verification letter) may be required.
Physical Fitness & Readiness
Players must be in sound physical condition, medically cleared, and capable of competing in high-intensity football fixtures.
Registration & Official Waiver
All players must complete the digital registration, eligibility verification, and standard tournament participation waiver.

Matchday Check-In & Timeliness

Non-Playing Official Role
